Financial services and intermediation companies in the Damascus Stock Exchange monopolize financial intermediation operations in the transactions of this market. The law forbids stock dealersfrom any access to the market or dealing in securities only through authorised brokerage firms, which has special legal privilages in financial intermediation. That makes it mandatory for the dealer to hire their services. Legislators intervened in som comparative laws and provided the requiered legal protection that ensures respect for dealers and avoids any infringe on their rights. This research will shed light on the content of the privilege of brokerage operations in the stock market and its civil protection, in the legislations of Syria, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates
