Abstract

The administration’s decisions and one of the most important means in performing its role, as it is the meeting point of the public authority with individuals, so it was necessary to have sufficient guarantees to tighten control over the administrative decisions issued by local bodies, to prevent the administration from controlling and overriding the principle of legality, and thus the administrative decision constitutes an expression of the will of the single administration It is obligatory to arrange effects related to the establishment, modification or abolition of a specific legal center. Therefore, judicial oversight is an important factor to achieve the legitimacy of the actions of local administration bodies.
