Rhetorical sources relied on evidence to be a tool for forming the rule and clarifying its details. The book Al-Tabyan fi Ilm Al-Bayan by Imam Al-Tayyibi was one of the most important books on rhetoric that combined the branches of rhetoric, meanings, rhetoric, and the science of eloquence, and relied on the Quranic, hadith, and poetic evidence to prove and establish rhetorical phenomena.
The research sought to reveal the contribution of the hadith evidence in forming the rhetorical rule according to Al-Tayyibi, and to clarify his efforts
in employing the evidence on the one hand, and clarifying and analyzing it on the other hand. The research showed the diversity of the inferential aspects of the aspects of rhetoric through the hadith, and supporting its understanding through the applied aspect that Al-Tayyibi was concerned with, especially in concluding his book with a prophetic hadith to which he applied what he detailed in the book of the arts of rhetoric and eloquence.
