Abstract

The research aimed to identify the journalistic types that the Jordanian Kingdom Channel website relied on to cover the news of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, identify the nature of the topics that were mentioned in it, reveal the sources that it relied on, identify the type of "textual frames" that the channel website relied on, reveal the topics of the images used, and "emotional topics" for the images accompanying the website's news, and reveal the elements of highlighting that it relied on.

The research relied on the survey method, and the researcher analyzed all the news received, which dealt with the events of the Al-Aqsa Flood during the

time period (1-31/8/2024 AD), the current research relied on the content analysis tool.

Among the most important results reached by the research: The most used topics "logical topics" for the images accompanying the news of the Jordanian Kingdom Channel website from the Al-Aqsa Flood operation were statements and data at a rate of (50%), followed in second place by statistics and numbers at a rate of (31.81%); The most frequently used "emotional topics" for the images accompanying the news were condemnation (74.19%), followed in second place by focusing on emotional aspects (22.58%); the most prominent elements that the Al-Mamlaka Channel website relied on for Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa were images only (22.72%), followed by live broadcast (20.45%); the type of frame "text frames" came in first place (43.18%), followed by the military frame (15.90%), followed by the humanitarian frame (11.36%), then the support and assistance frame (9.09%).
