Abstract

The subject of the Human is one of the most important subjects which occupied the human mind from ages until now,. This subject has gained the interest of some philosophers who dealed with the existence, goodness and spirit problems, this interest appeared clearly in the philosophy of Ibn Alsayed Albatlyoosi.Ibn Alsayed put a philosophic course in which he tried to develop the human and take him to the highest point on humanism ,he discussed many ideas and philosophic theories to know the reality of the human and he studied it in the logical and linguistic analysis.He looked at the human and saw that he is a distinctive creature especially that Allah made him his successor on the

earth,  he distinguished him from other creatures,  and gave him the mind, he compared him to the world and found that he is the only creature who joins the secrets of existence.According to Albatlyoosi the human is a small world which joins spirituality and materialism forms, he is a free creature who can have the ability to do when he chooses  with his free will, Therefore the human is a free creature who is able to do and has a got a mind, his will can construct civilizations and modernize nations and manners.
