This research aims to clarify how Marcus Aurelius was able to combine his opinion in one place in his book that all existence is subject to change, with his clarification in another place that repeating everything in existence and the world during a person’s life makes him accustomed and accustomed to everything to the point that he does not find anything new. This is what prompted us to notice these two ideas and discover whether there is a conflict between them or whether they do not have any conflict? So that they can be combined with one opinion, which does not make either of them surprising. This is what the research tried to present and clarify. We also went back in the research to explaining what is meant by the theory of interference according to the Stoics and their statement of this theory because of their belief that existence is composed of only particles that interfere with each other as long as there is no vacuum in their view. The difficulties were in searching for similar fragments that talk about the topics that we wanted to talk about in
Marcus Aurelius, given that in his book he did not put each paragraph under a specific title, but rather he wrote in disarray, fragmentation, and lack of consistency, which required an attempt to investigate the ideas that we wanted from his book. Divided into twelve books and analyzing these fragments to clarify their intended meaning.
