The creat saint Basil is considered the founder of the monastic movement in Central Asia, because his laws played an important role in developing the monastic system in Roman empire, thanks to him for converting the monasticism from the intellectual meditative activity into social society and from isolation into dynamic and effective movement, and it helped spread the Christianity in Roman empire, and played an important role in preserving the Greco-Roman heritage.This because the Basilian system didn't maintain fixed rules and didn't remain static , this is an evidence of vitality of the Basilian monastic system,which was in service of the society and humanity, that's why we wanted to search for Basilian monasticism and it's sivilized role
