International terrorism, Its Reasons and motivations from Historical side

Abstract

Studying the terrorism phenomenon and its Reasons as well as motivations, is considered one of the most important study in the contemporary modern history. So, we have to define this phenomenon and limiting the reasons and motivations which lead to commit it. Most of the states commit terrorism actions against others and practice it secretly and indirectly. There are many concepts for terrorism phenomenon and limiting the reasons and motivations of terrorism actions. That creates the differences between legal jurists about limiting the reasons and motivations of this phenomenon .depending on their ideas and concepts. Some of these reasons have relations with learning and pedagogy and others are related with the psychological and political reasons. But the motivations are political, economical and medially.

Despite of all attempts, they do not reach to an acceptable definition for terrorism because the differences between the international views and the political directions in the international community. In addition to the fear of countries that this definition may effect on its interests.

So, the international community must find  a comprehensive definition to terrorism and limit  its  reasons and motivations because this phenomenon creates the most dangerous and complex problems in our contemporary time . It crosses to all continents and performing it this phenomenon does not belong to a certain people  because the terrorism has no religion or homeland.
