The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The crises that Syria experienced negatively affected the tourism sector, as a result of the great damage to tourist and archaeological sites and tourist facilities, the destruction of the infrastructure supporting tourism, and the departure of many tourist areas from the tourism map as a result of the war, in addition to the closure of tourism facilities due to the Corona pandemic, which led to Significant decrease in the rate of tourist arrivals, the decrease in the number of workers in the tourism sector, and the deterioration of its economic indicators, which negatively affected its contribution to advancing the national economy
