Abstract

The area concerned with the study is characterized by having an architectural heritage stock. The methods of architectural formation in Deiratiahwere

linked to the extent to which various human، climatic، environmental and social requirements were met. The problematic of this study، on the one hand، is the disappearance of the traditional architectural plastic features of residential buildings and their replacement with features and vocabulary that are completely different from the climatic، environmental and social needs of the communities. On the other hand، there are no architectural and urban studies specific to the region that document the elements of traditional housing. The existing studies are studies on the historical، geographical، social، economic and political levels...، which touched in a simple way on the architectural and urban aspects.
