Abstract

 

The processor is core component in the computer system, so the study of techniques that improve processor performance contributes to form an idea of the effectiveness of these techniques and which of then has the greatest impact in improving processor performance, thus, improving the performance of the computer system as a whole.

Given the multiplicity of techniques applied, which aim to improve processor performance as much as possible, we have begun this effort to gain access to the most effective technique, which greatly influenced the processor performance, in addition to knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of manufacturers of processors, and focus on the issue of gaininga better processor with the least energy consumotion and an acceptable price.

We aim in our search to find the most efficient techniques on processor performance technique, through a study and comparison of the most important that worked on the improvement of the work of this processor.
