Abstract

  The research aims to present J. J. Rousseau’s political education, analyze it and to clarify its importance and contents. The researcher sampled J. J. Rousseau’s publications, then extracted, analyzed and critiqued Rousseau’s political thoughts. The researcher concluded the following important results: There is a relationship between politics and education, political education is useful to get rid of enslavement and to be subjected to social contract and general willing known by laws which specifies rights and duties. The researcher referred to the theory of social contract by which all individuals subject their whole power and freedom to general willing.
