Studying the image of the conscious mother and its relation to some behavioral problems (anxiety) and in children deprived of their parents through the application of the projection test

Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the negative and positive image of the mother and its relation to some behavioral problems such as (anxiety), through a case of study for five children lost their parents, lived in the Dar Al Rahma in Damascus and their age is about(8-13 years).To achieve the target of study the researcher used  the following tools: Clinical observation – Louis Korman family drawing test – Taylor scale of anxiety, and the following results were obtained: After the analysis of the semi – direct interview and the direct observation of the situation, through the application of the Taylor test and Taylors measure of situation, the situation showed that the cases kept a negative image of the mother, and thus suffered from the level between the average and severe social anxiety, as well as self – directed aggressive tendencies and others because of separation from mother and the defect resulted from the creating of the relation between (mother- child).
