Abstract

The research aimed to study the psychometric properties of the Cratis Career Maturity Scale in the Syrian environment, by using various methods to study the validity and reliability of the scale, and by applying the scale to a sample general secondary certificate students in the city of Hama, numbering (200) male and female students. It showed The results showed that there were good indications of the validity of the scale through examining the content validity, discriminant validity, and structural validity of the scale. The results also showed that there were good indications of the stability of the scale scores through checking the repetition reliability, split-half reliability, and internal consistency stability.

 Consequently, the research concluded that the Syrian version of the Cratis Professional Maturity Scale has good validity and reliability, and is valid for use in the Syrian environment.
