Abstract

Both Russia and Turkey have embraced Eurasians as one of their most important strategies for their re-emergence as powers with regional and global influence. The nature of Russian-Turkish relations took on an important aspect from a geopolitical standpoint, based on the Eurasian idea, so the Eurasian dimension became an important dimension to be taken into consideration when formulating relations between Russia and Turkey on the one hand, and towards the most important issues in the Eurasian region and

outside it on the other hand, and among the most important issues that emerged In Russian-Turkish relations in their Eurasian dimension is the Nagorno-Karabakh crisis between Azerbaijan and Armenia over the Nagorno-Karabakh region (also called Nagorno-Karabakh).
