Abstract

The relations among countries are determined according to legal rules and international norms that gradually evolved with the development of that system, its origins and its long historical process until it crystallizes in its current form, and often they call on states to need to adhere to and respect those customs, rules and laws, especially the countries that want to preserve The stability of that system, but those laws and customs were not able to govern all units of the system and its behaviors, especially the revision units or units that are not satisfied with the status quo in the system and which seeks to change or amend it according to its interests, which always causes a state of instability, or shift it to another form, but that transformation is not easy, as it is not possible for any unit of the international system to be able to change, transform or destabilize it, unless there are favorable conditions that help to do so, and among those conditions are the major international crises that ravage the system and cause its transformation or Change it if you vote Prepare those crises and the failure of the major international powers in the system to solve or contain them.
