Abstract

In this research, a brick was established in the legal basis for building international relations in Islamic law, in which it outlines peaceful methods for dealing with these disputes, and it contains evidence of their legitimacy and conditions; To reach peace and security between countries, and that the main goal of this research is to respond to everyone who thinks that Islam is a religion based on violence and war without looking at his method and his call based on love and peace. Positive systems with Islamic jurisprudence on the principle of peace to settle international disputes, as well as the compatibility of positive systems with Islamic jurisprudence in considering political and legal ways to resolve the conflict.
