Abstract

Lecturer at the Faculty of Sharia at the University of Damascus  Department of Islamic Jurisprudence and its Foundations.

The research aims to study the economic ideas contained in the book “Literature of the Book” by Abu Bakr Al-Souli, with the aim of helping to complete the disclosure of Islamic economic thought and the proper establishment of Islamic economic analysis.

We studied the research in two paragraphs, the first paragraph was presented for the translation of Abu Bakr Al-Sulli, and the definition of the book “Literature of the Book” was the focus of the study, and the second paragraph dealt with the economic ideas contained in the book, which revolve around what financial writer needs to know about financial issues related to his filial work, which enter under the name Public finance in the contemporary term, and began with its most important topics, which are the pillars of the public budget, from revenues and public expenditures, and began with state revenues,

There are three classes: the shadow, the fifth, and the alms, and each category has its own nutritional aspects, then it is transferred to public expenditures, and it follows the rule of specialization in the budget, so each revenue is set for specific expenses spent in it, then a presentation of the state’s policy in the public budget, in terms of surplus, balance, or deficit, then Go to indicate the types of private lands, the difference in the amount of tax on them, then invest the public land by sector or midwives.
