Abstract

International economic relations have played an important role in the emergence of political and military power of states, enabling them to draw their foreign strategies and policies affecting various international issues and have made them have an important international weight. This research deals with the development of Sino-African economic relations, through researching the history of these relations, the Chinese strategic goals of strengthening its influence on the African continent, and the position of the international powers competing for the Chinese presence in that continent. The research also deals with the aspects of the Chinese strategic presence in Africa and the means of its implementation and empowerment, in addition to the future of the Chinese presence in the African continent in light of the current and future competition from some international powers.
