The influence of the leadership factoron foreign policy

Abstract

The leadership Factor is one of the most important and prominent factors that affect the process of making foreign policy, through the role played by the leader in the political system, with its different nature and form, as the head of the political system and the fact that he possesses the political authority that enable him to take control of matters, and to formulate public policy the state and it's orientations, through the powers conferred upon it and recognized in the constitution and restricted to the political institutions, and as the first and basic guide to the official and unofficial political institutions that contribute to the formulation  of foreign policy in addition to the political position and political weight it enjoys among individuals society, therefore and based on the role played by the political leader in the field of foreign policy of the political unit, I will go to research the influence exert, seed by the royal institution in the kingdom of Morocco in the field of political policy of the kingdom, by studying the trends, attitudes and activities practiced by the king in the external environment of the kingdom Moroccan.
