Abstract

By the end of the cold war, a turning point appeared in international relations in terms of what the international system produced as a  necessity to possess economic power as  one of the most important factors in the country's emergence as a force in the international arena. China is among the countries that seek to possess economic power and emergence as a global power. China realized early  the importance of the African continent and the  China-Africa economic relations . China did not hesitate to seek to strengthen relations with Africa, because of its gains in all respects for both parties.
