Abstract

The aim of the research was to study the effect of spraying with organic acids (salicylic acid) and natural extracts (licorice) on the production of the peach tree and the chemical quality standards of its fruits. The Eastern Province numerology bulletin was completed, with the following table (0, 50, 100 ppm) and licorice extract (0, 3 g/L) completed. The experiment was designed according to completely randomized criteria.

The production increases and the quality of the fruits of the peach tree increases as a result of the organic foliar feeding of it.

The numbers of results The production of the peach tree by (12.5, 63.5%) for the treatments (50, 100 ppm) salicylic acid respectively in the control (46.80 kg / tree), the hardness of the fruits increased as it was recorded (5.34, 5.86 kg / cm2) for the treatments (50). , 100 ppm) ranking compared to the control (5.03 kg/cm2).

The highest value of vitamin C content of fruits was recorded at the concentration of 100 ppm salicylic acid (36.55 mg / 100 g) compared to the control (25.66 mg / 100 g).As for the effect of spraying with licorice extract, the results showed that the foliar spray process improved all study indicators, so the contract percentage increased and scored (54.16%) compared to the treatment without spraying (37.45%).The percentage increase in the total soluble solids concentration in the fruits was (11.36%) compared to the treatment without spraying (8.47%).
