Abstract

The research was conducted during year 2019, and the laboratory work implemented in the Biological Control Studies and Researchs Center (BCSRC), in the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering. The ovipositiomil behaviour and its success of Microterys nietneri (Motschulsky 1859), an encyrtid endoparasitoid of Brown Soft Scale - Coccus hesperidum (Linnaeus 1758) were studied. Behavioural sequences during oviposition starting from the searching for the host to the post-oviposition activities were described.
