Abstract

Intergeration or harmonization is one of the best methods for enforcing the rules of international humanitarian law at the national level, through which international obligations are activated, and it guarantees the ability of national courts to have jurisdiction to consider violations of international humanitarian law, and without it the state remains responsible for violating its contractual and customary obligations, not to mention other problems Which occurs as a result of not adopting these procedures, especially since countries have become convinced to adopt these methods, on the one hand to confirm their international obligations, and on the other hand, to fortify their national judiciary and consolidate its sovereignty.
