Abstract

Is that The Arabic Language is the main instrument by which the legal texts are understood  in the Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet.

The scholars have drawn attention to this great importance of the Arabic language. 

The Sheikh of Islam, Zakaria Al-Ansari's attention to linguistic issues was highlighted in his book,Menhat AlBari, Sharh Sahih AlBukhari. And in his research, he explained his approach to his concern of these issues while he was explaining the authentic hadith.

And that is through an inductive, analytical and applied study
