The impact of context on the preference of Al-Nysaburi in his interpretation (Ghara'eb Al-Qur'an & Ragha'eb Al-Furqan) Analytical Inductive Study

Abstract

Considering the context is one of the important matters that the interpreter should consider during his interpretation of the Holy Qur’an, as by looking into it and knowing the meanings and topics around which the verses revolve, it is possible to give preference to some of the meanings that came from the previous interpreters over some, and to turn away from the truth of the word to the metaphor sometimes, it is also possible to exclude many of the incorrect reasons of revelation and the sayings of the Companions and followers that do not correspond to the context, the adopted interpretation must not contradict the context of the verses. Al-Nisaburi gave the context an important place in his interpretation and gave it its role as a preference among the meanings, and his interpretation called (Ghara'eb Al-Qur'an & Ragha'eb Al-Furqan) did not receive sufficient attention from the researchers, so I chose to research the impact of the context on the preference of Al-Nisaburi in his interpretation of the (Ghara'eb Al-Qur'an & Ragha'eb Al-Furqan).
