Abstract

The human being has a great position in Islam, which made him the focus of legal rulings. It is evident from all these rulings that Islam is keen on man, taking care of his affairs and managing his interests, so that he may live happily in this world and be preoccupied with what God created in it for him. Among these provisions that Islam has legitimized: Guardianship in marriage.
