Abstract

Known as forensic biology, forensic entomologists detect insects and arthropods for forensic investigations. Clearly, this science has become an invaluable tool for criminal investigators looking for causal issues. A science that applies insect biology in criminal investigations The study of the life cycle of insects, which entomologists can use in the circumstances and time of a crime. In particular, forensic entomologists can use growth metamorphoses and larval weight to reveal the time of death. As well as the presence of genetic fingerprints of the culprits in some insects. In order to maximize the usefulness of this field, there should be a database of insect species of forensic interest in each geographical area. Researching the life cycle of the most common insects in each region is crucial to obtaining accurate results.
