Abstract

The tremendous development of communication and information technologies has provided a fertile material of data and digital information that can be used as evidence in judicial evidence. However, this type of evidence has not received sufficient research in the jurisprudential field, due to its novelty and digital nature.

This research aims to identify the nature of the digital evidence, its, and a statement of its jurisprudential adaptation, and then a statement of knowledge of the controls for working with it To achieve this goal, the research was divided into two sections: the first included the nature of the digital evidence, and the second the authoritativeness of the digital evidence. In this research, I followed the comparative descriptive analytical approach. At the end of this research, I reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the digital evidence is jurisprudentially conditioned as a kind of evidence.
