Abstract

The research dealt with the issue of the impact of bribery on accepting the testimony of bribed witnesses, because the testimony has a great role in the judge's ruling and the return of rights to their owners. And the justice of the bribed witnesses is disturbed unless their repentance is proven. So it was important to research that.
