Abstract

Praise be to God, who established the heavens and the earth upon justice and commanded us to do so. Therefore:

 Humanity strives to provide the finest methods for a prosperous life for the human species, and civilizations compete to produce legislative rules and laws that regulate and control the movement of society and individuals, according to the development of time and the available means and tools.

 The Islamic civilization produced the judiciary of grievances as a prominent teacher for the protection of personal and public rights, thus exercising the three powers of the state: legislative, executive and judicial, which contributed to spreading justice and economic well-being, and most importantly this security that the state enjoyed and the lives of individuals in it, by lifting every grievance and restoring rights to their owners with binding justice.  Window.

  Today, institutions have been produced that play a similar role with different nomenclature and method, in line with contemporary management systems and development, which is the “Central Authority for Control and Inspection” that monitors the work of the administration and aims to oblige everyone to legal legitimacy.
