Abstract

One of the advantages of Islamic economics is that it aims to achieve justice between the parties to the contract in all its stages, and to establish a balance between preserving the rights of the people and extending them.

This research is a study that deals with what is related to the assignment of cash or not in contracts, and the consequent legal provisions and personal rights for the two contracting parties, especially after the world witnessed a clear change in the concept of money.

The research carried between its covers the truth of appointment, the reality of money, its demand for itself or for others, the necessity of appointing it or not, and the effect of that appointment or not in the contract.
