The Criminal Cause In The Boundaries

Abstract

Preserving the entity of society and protecting it from the spread of crime is one of the most important purposes of Islamic Sharia. The jurists have established the interests that are protected by the rules of criminalization, and accordingly, the actions that waste one of these interests deserve to be criminalized, so that criminalization would ensure the full protection of these interests.

This research aims to explain the criminal cause in the boundaries, and it began with a preface in which I defined (the cause, the felony, the crime, and the boundary), and I mentioned that the boundaries of them are what is a pure right for God, and some of them combine the right of the servant with the right of God, and then I proceeded with a statement The criminal reason for each of these boundaries, each separately.

The research concluded that the criminal cause in the boundaries revolves around bringing the interests of the people and warding off the evils from them.
