International treaties dealing with the protection of the individual have established legal nexuses between state sovereignty and the protection of the rights and dignity of individuals. Whatever criticisms leveled against the effectiveness of these laws. In fact, its value is not limited to the achievements, but rather to the retrogression that contributes to its prevention. Without the law, life becomes a kind of chaos on all national and international levels. Given that asylum is a prominent feature of war, it is worth addressing the relationship between international asylum law and international humanitarian law in order to address the current gaps, to reach the strengthening of refugee protection in international and non-international armed conflicts, as well as to address the fragmentation of international laws resulting from the decentralized and non-hierarchical nature of enactment rules of international law.
