The trademark licensing contract is a commecial contracts of a modern nature. The licensor aims to achieve economic advantages from this contract by getting paid and benefit from the licensee's exploitation of his trademark. The trademark licensing contract creates reciprocal obligation between contractors. If the licensee refrains from carrying out the obligation imposed on him by the licensor, or delays its implementation, or implements it in a defective or incomplete manner, and as a result of not benefiting from the contract to the fullest, the licensor has the right to demand the licensee to implement in kind whenever possible, and he is also entitled to claiming compensation or termination of the contract with his right to claim compensation with termination.
