Abstract

This research aims to know the legal ruling to nullify the disputed marriage between the jurists, and to study what some have argued in terms of reconsidering the validity of the marriage contract after the occurrence of the major baynunah, intending thereby to destroy the first marriage contract. To nullify the divorce between the spouses and the consequences thereof, and then create a second marriage contract; In it the marital life returns, and in it the great relationship between the spouses is annulled, and I discussed this by studying the issue of coordinating witnesses in the marriage contract as a model, and the research consists of an introduction and three main investigations and a conclusion. Jurists, and I studied in the third topic the effect of coordination of witnesses on the validity of the contract, and I concluded the research with the most important findings that I reached by reviewing the sayings and evidence of the jurists, and the most correct in the matter is according to the evidence, and I ask God for success and acceptance.
