Hadith mawqoof verbally Al Marfooaa its meaning and applications in “Tarh al Tathreeb” by Abu Zar'ah Al Iraqi (826AH)

Abstract

The Scholars of Usul discussed the news of the one and differed in his statement of knowledge, its validity and the necessity of working with it, then they set conditions for working with it Some of them are due to the narrator, some are due to its indication, and some refer to its pronunciation, The imams of hadith and fundamentals have detailed the terms of the narration of the news At the companion (performance) and its ranks and rulings, Then some of the words of the narration that the companions were entitled to in their pronouncement of the Prophet Peace be upon him in their meaning and ruling, and among the contents of these terms were books of hadith, especially the books of hadiths of rulings.

In this research, light is shed on these terms, their ranks and rulings, and the opinions of scholars on them and their doctrines, and then by listing the applications of these words on one of the most important books of hadith rulings which is the book "Tarh al Tathrib" by Abu Zara'ah Al Iraqi, To learn about his approach to it and what is inferred from it.
