This research reveals the sections of legal purposes according to one of the contemporary scholars of maqasid, which is Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayh, may God Almighty preserve him, the author of various contemporary books, especially on legal purposes and the principles of jurisprudence.

The research mentioned at the beginning the definition of Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayh, and his most important works in the science of purposes, as he showed the sections of the legitimate purposes of Sheikh Ibn Bayh, so I first mentioned the definition of the legitimate purposes of Sheikh Ibn Bayh so that the reader can clarify the definition of the purposes and then the sections, and the additions that Sheikh Ibn Bayh brought.
