Abstract

In this research, I dealt with the meaning of political thought, and I introduced it to it in general, and Islamic political thought in particular, and explained its position.       

His efforts in this field, which included the books he left on political thought, and include the theory of right and the extent of the state's authority to restrict it, this theory that he studied with a new scientific methodology, indicating the provisions related to the state restricting the rights of individuals so that they do not overwhelm or negatively affect public rights in The society, it also includes a set of researches in the jurisprudence of legitimate politics, which includes ten researches, and a book on the characteristics of Islamic Legislation in politics and governance, which I dealt with in some detail.
