Abstract

This search aims to discuss a very important matter which is how we can prove the finance lease contract in front of court according  to the knowledge of  the contract^'s kind firstly , then the evidence of that contract in court ,and if the finance lease can be as writ of execution which is executed directly through execution judge .the Arabian legislations differed about the last matters and we'll study only the subject  of the proven and executory power for finance lease contract according to the laws about the finance lease  in Syria , Egypt, Jordan state
