Abstract

With their joined willingness, the countries keeping on establishing diplomatic relations between each others. Then these relations were relations were developed after the Second World War due to the International important changes which were happened  at that time where a lot of countries had their  independency and they started to do all the aspects of domination which they have. As are salt of that, these questions were raised when these countries benefit from their dominated rights in establishing diplomatic relations such as the recognition of countries, the principle of reciprocity, in addition the problems which faced the countries when they started to benefit from their rights to practice diplomatic work especially matters related to defining the organizations which administrate their diplomatic missions and defining their duties taking into consideration the unlimited number of examples which the international world had witnessed, a lot of legal issues were raised in this regard, suchas defining the division margin between protecting the right of sovereignty and not interfere in other countries national affairs and the questions of diplomatic action on the other hand. Aloof these ambiguities were raised as are salt of lack of legal standards related with the responsibility of the country in the frame of its diplomatic relations, when these relations do not conform with the principle of national sovereignty.
