The Islamic law keens to invest natural and human resources in various fields, such as its interest of natural resources which the agricultural land is the most important things of it and the basis in the production process of food. Therefore, the had a great status in the Islamic law by encouragement working in it and promice of wage and give it. Agricultural Lands revive the dead and the reclamation of the land and re-life of agriculture, plowing and watering which has great benefit for individuals, communities and countries.
