Controls of a just war between jurisprudence and international law

Abstract

This study dealt with the issue of fair war controls, it showed the concept of war in Islamic jurisprudence, and in international law, as it clarified the term fair war and its concept, and detailed fair war controls in Islamic jurisprudence and international law, then highlighted the similarities and differences in these controls between Islamic jurisprudence and International law, then presented jurisprudential opinions on the controls of war in the form of principles similar to the principles of international law.
