Residency of Muslims in non-Muslim countries in light of the permissible contemporary fatwas / an analytical study

Abstract

The research deals with the study of contemporary fatwas that made residency in non-Muslim countries permissible under conditions. However, these conditions on the ground are difficult and sometimes may be impossible to verify, so this research came to discuss this through two sections. With a discussion of their evidence, up to the conclusion of the research, which included the most important results.
