Obligation to inform in Electronic Contract

Abstract

The wide spread of economic life, and the increase of merchandises and services presented through internet led to lack of information about the contracts and its surroundings as of qualification, defects, or threats. Thus, modern legislations enacted different means to protect customers specially from producer or seller. One of these means is the obligation to inform and provide necessary information in order for customer to have the right choice, as it is the first step in contracting. And more specifically the electronic contract which is done through the internet.
