Islam gives great attention to purity, so it obligates the people to it before performing some of the obligatory duties, in honor of the individual and in veneration of worship. Among the duties of purity is ablution, which is a condition for a number of acts of worship.  Washing the feet, and making the legislator invalidate ablution, such as sleep and the exit of something from one of the two, and the exit of blood.
