Abstract

The economic and social transformations that Syria has undergone and is going through have affected the various aspects of societal life and its components، most notably the social upbringing that changed during the period of the crisis in Syria; Hence، the aim of the current research is to reveal the economic and social transformations in their relationship to social upbringing It also aimed to identify the differences in social upbringing according to the gender variable (males، females among a sample of first-year secondary students in the city of Tartous. secondary schools.). The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the research sample after calculating the validity and reliability of the tool by applying them to an exploratory sample of (50) male and female students. The

research reached a number of results that can be summarized as follows: - There is a significant positive correlation between economic transformations and socialization، and there is a significant positive correlation between social transformations and socialization، and there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of males and females on the socialization scale in favor of males.
