The question of truth is one of the fundamental issues in philosophy, it is closely related to existence and Man, and it expresses both. The goal of this research is to determine what truth is in Aquinas' philosophy and to determine its relationship to existence, as it takes the form of the correspondence between mental existence and concrete existence, which confirms the mental basis of the world on the one hand and shows that all beings in this world are real, on the other. The research also seeks to illustrate that truth - as it is said about things - is also attributed to judgments that express the relationship of things with their ideals, just as Aquinas removes from truth the individual and subjective character to give it a general and total character, so truth in the end shows the permanent presence of God in all beings, and this Presence is through the embodiment of divine ideals in beings and expresses the embodiment of reality in this world.
