Abstract

The research highlights the nature of the relationship between religion and morality in Fekhta's philosophical style, which he poses from the perspective of the practical mind, declaring the primacy of ethics over religion, like his professor Kant. Considering that Religion is not a subject of theory, but a rule of will and human behavior. And that God is nothing more than a moral system. And the freedom that is realized in the world, and there's nothing to do with the incarnation of metaphor.  Or a good God capable of religious theology. Religion has the right to believe in the moral order and to practice the ritual of obedience to the moral law, he sees it as a source of the duty to achieve happiness and our vision for divine care. It does not depart from the field of faith in moral verb and its consequences of interference with the norms of good and evil.
