This research titled "Al Khamrah al Hisia fi al Rihla al Qudsiah"_ a piece of travel literature by Al Sheik Mostafa Al Bakri Al Siddiqi (1099-1162 of Hijra ) ( 1688-1749 AD)_ deals with a translation of one of the major poles of mysticism in the Ottoman period in the Levant. Al Sheik Mustafa al Bakri al Siddiqi was the most important chieftains of Khaluati way. This research deals with the study of al Siddiqi's Al Khamrah al Hisia fi al Rihla al Qudsiah" (1122 Hijra year-1710 AD).
This research aims to shed light on the behavior of al Siddiqi and his mystical experience though his journey which he described and recorded in writing, because it gives a true image of the mystical scientists at that time. In addition to this, the study focuses on the geographical route which was taken by al Siddiqi and his fellow travelers, with a brief overview of the economic and the political situation then.
This research aims to reach a number of results: indicating the travel route taken by convoys in the mid Ottoman Era; looking at the most famous saints and righteous mystics who were visited by many disciples of mysticism and Sufism who sought their blessings; understanding the Khalwati concept and the relationship between the Sufi and his Murid, and finally introducing the most important classifications that al Siddiqi outlined during his stay in Al Quds
